Role: IT Sales Specialist
Location: KL, Malaysia
Exp: Min 1 Year
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Minimum
1 year of IT sales or IT helpdesk experience
.
Must be
fluent in Traditional Mandarin
(for China/Taiwan markets).
English proficiency:
B1 (50/100) - assessment required after interview.
Candidates without sales experience but with IT helpdesk background and
extroverted personality
are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
Prepare and send quotations based on customer needs.
Drive sales closures to meet individual and team KPIs.
Manage product portfolios including
O365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other Microsoft licenses
.
Support customers from
China and Taiwan markets
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
