Job Description

The Finance System Team Lead will manage and enhance finance IT systems to support global operations. This role requires strong SAP expertise and leadership to drive process improvements from Malaysia.
?Business Process Analysis & Reengineering

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose Business Process Remodeling (BPR)
• Lead end-to-end BPR implementation: design, testing, data migration, release management

? System Maintenance & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Manage vendor resources and support month-end close, payment processes, and daily operations
• Conduct training and drive continuous improvement in system usage and efficiency

? Project Leadership

• Scope, plan, and manage finance system projects
• Lead design, testing, deployment, and release phases
• Ensure smooth go-lives with structured hypercare and stakeholder alignment.

What You Bring? Must-Haves

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Strong SAP FICO knowledge
• Bachelor's in Management, Accounting, IT, or related field
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Self-driven, quality-focused, and cost-conscious

? Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with SaaS platforms like Ariba, Coupa, Concur
• Experience with S/4HANA and/or ECC 6.0
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., RPA).
