All about the role:
This is a IT Security & IAM Lead Service Delivery APAC MEA role. In this role the IT Security Lead is accountable for implementation, monitoring & reporting of the Global Information Security Strategy across the APAC MEA business area (BA) and hold responsibility for the operational execution of IT security actions/tasks within the BA countries.
The IT Security Lead is a member of the APAC MEA Service Delivery Leadership team and will work closely with the Service Delivery IT Director and the five Service Delivery Managers within the BA, as well as group technology leads to leverage our global scale to introduce and improve common best practices and standards globally.

What you\'ll do:

• Coordinates the technical activities to implement and manage security infrastructure, and to provide regular status and service-level reports to the Information Security Steering Committee
• Partner with the APAC MEA IT team and key stakeholders across the BA to understand and responding to security audit failures reported by Group Security or auditors. Consultation, motivating, and train them on appropriate best practices, procedures & security policies.
• Partners with vendors, suppliers, and internal staff across the BA to ensure risks and threats are managed through taking ownership of security incidents in the BA through to resolution and raise these to Group Information Security and Control. Coach & guide the teams to ensure closure of security items found.
• Serve as an active member of the global Security Operations Core team to ensure security governance.
• Represent the cybersecurity function in multiple forums within and for the BA.
• Report on the APAC MEA metrics as part of the global security strategies by maintaining Security Scorecard / Dashboard and associated BA Security Roadmaps
• Overseeing the design, testing, and Implementation of all IT Security solutions
• Coordinate with Group Security for threat intelligence, threat analysis, and threat remediation as well as vulnerabilities management & remediation.
• Provide support for legal and regulatory compliance efforts, including audit support and end user awareness training.
• Lead the security planning & security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Information Protection, Incident Management, Investigation and/or Forensics. Keep track of incidents to evaluate them and recommend a course of action.
• Lead and manage significant security-related projects.
• Members of Security Incident Response Team (SIRT), standby according to agreed rooster to the security incident and efficiently manage security related incidents and minimizing the impact to the organization.
• Perform security assessment for the projects/operational related issues and provide recommendation on the remediation.
• Knowledge in several detection and reporting tools such as EDR Tanium, Vulnerability Scanner - Qualys, SOAR - IBM Resilient, SIEM - IBM QRadar, Threat Intel - Recorded Future, Threat Intel - Virus total, ServiceNow

Who You Are?

EDUCATION

• A bachelor\'s degree in information systems or equivalent work experience; an M.B.A. or M.S. in information security is preferred.
• Certification from CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• Recommended 5-10 years of IT experience, especially in an information security role

• Single Point of contact for IT Security with advanced analytical skills and attention to detail to core relate security requirements. Provide input and recommendations on cybersecurity policy, risk, and overall security best practices.

• A credible talking partner with key stakeholders across IT and business to translate security strategy and actions.
