Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership - Collaborate with senior management to implement the IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectives including enhanced operational excellence
• Infrastructure Management - Manage and optimize the IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security as well as stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business
• Digital Applications - Oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and facilitate seamless integration of new and existing systems to streamline business processes.
• Collaboration and stakeholder management - Understand business requirements and provide innovative technologies solutions through fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Job Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (12+ years) in IT leadership roles, agriculture industry is a must (plantations, farm, livestock, animal feed)
• Strong understanding of agriculture business processes and technology trends.
• Demonstrated success in managing IT projects from conception to completion
