About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

IT Senior Manager

to oversee IT operations, lead digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the stability and security of the institution's technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for a strategic, people-oriented leader who thrives in managing both systems and teams within a dynamic educational environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across systems and networks. Develop and implement

IT strategies, policies, and governance frameworks

aligned with organizational goals. Supervise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects. Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and project timelines effectively. Provide leadership and guidance to IT teams to achieve departmental objectives. Ensure compliance with all technology standards and data protection regulations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

5-7 years of experience

in an IT management or senior leadership role. Proven experience in managing IT teams, systems, and projects end-to-end. Excellent

interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
