Summary
Our client is a reputable company in the MNC - Manufacturing. We are seeking a dynamic IT leader to drive data insights and reporting solutions across Malaysia and Singapore, with a focus on supporting manufacturing operations. This role is central to aligning our data systems with business objectives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
IT Service Delivery Manager - Data Insights & Reporting
Responsibility:
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to understand and address critical data requirements.
• Ensure that data initiatives support operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Platform Oversight & Performance:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of data infrastructure, ensuring seamless aggregation and processing of information from diverse sources.
• Continuously monitor system performance and optimize processes to support robust manufacturing operations.

Insight-Driven Reporting:

• Develop and maintain advanced analytics frameworks that transform raw data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Promote a culture of data-centric decision making throughout the organization.

Strategic Data Initiatives:

• Collaborate with regional and global Data & Analytics teams to implement market-specific projects that drive performance improvements.
• Lead local execution of data strategies to meet the evolving needs of a multinational manufacturing setting.

Project Leadership:

• Spearhead projects focused on enhancing analytics and reporting capabilities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet key milestones.
• Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

Data Consolidation & Integration:

• Work with various departments to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Streamline data flows to support comprehensive reporting and operational analysis.

Governance & Compliance:

• Establish and enforce robust data governance policies that align with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Champion data security and quality across all platforms.

External Partnership Management:

• Manage relationships with external data vendors to ensure their services meet operational needs and compliance standards.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience in data management and analytics, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• Proficiency in data warehousing, ETL processes, data model design, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Skilled at keeping project scope and business expectations in line.
• Good grasp of today's tech trends and features.
• Ability to synthetize/simplify complex information
• Able to analyze problems and make thoughtful decisions using both logical and creative approaches.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.

• Proficiency in Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully deliver Power BI reports or related reporting tools
