To log problems onto HPSM.
To ensure continuous improvement to the job function
To submit daily, weekly and monthly helpdesk report to team leader

To act as single point of contact It related problems and queries,

Qualification:
Knowledge of Lotus Notes mail, MS Outlook
Experience in
Azure
and
Active Directory.
At Least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
Ability to identify and distinguish between hardware, software, network and server problems
Competencies:
Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Snow Ticketing Tools.
Understand the Security requirements necessary to perform ID administration tasks
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
Ability to work with a team and a good team player.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
