Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, applications, and devices.
Document issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff.
Support in monitoring IT systems, applications, and security alerts.
Assist with Active Directory, user account management, and password resets.
Learn and follow ITIL-based IT Service Management processes.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support tickets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and MS Office tools.
Familiarity with networking basics, printers, and common IT troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
