Job Description


Our client is looking for one who is responsible to install, support, and maintain all client PCs, laptops software and hardware and required peripherals, such as local and network printer setup and maintenance for both local and remote employees

  • Installs, supports, and maintains all client PCs, laptops software and hardware and required peripherals, such as local and network printer setup and maintenance for both local and remote employees based out of the local LAN office following corporate standard.
  • Provide technical support through remote support under minimal supervision to all client regarding technical issues such as troubleshooting and resolving hardware, connection, printer, and software issues.
  • Resolve network issues, configure operating systems, and use remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
  • Ensure user complaint is entered accurately in the system
  • Ensure that all communication & steps performed are logged into Ticketing system promptly & completely
  • Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
  • Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained
  • Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
  • Providing monthly help desk reports.
  • Understand the clients\' requirements to develop proposals and suggest solutions to help them meet their business objectives.
  • Determining project requirements and goals, defining the scope of the engagement and planning timelines. Working closely with technical teams to ensure towards smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Working in a team of consultants and on various consulting engagements.
  • Analyzing, monitoring, configuring and maintaining existing systems and identify room for improvements.
  • Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability and security.
  • Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for specific requirements.
  • Troubleshooting system/server issues or outages.

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support, System Administrator or IT Consulting role.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in LAN and Network & Security Assessment would be highly valuable.
  • You are familiar with Windows operating systems.
  • You possess ITIL certifications.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
