Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

IT Service Engineer

to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining

Medical Informatics Solutions

at existing customer sites, as well as supporting system implementation projects for new and upgraded sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in IT support, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT technical support for existing installations, both remotely and on-site. Conduct regular

System Health Checks

to ensure optimum system performance and reliability. Monitor post-implementation sites for maintenance contract proposals and billing. Track the progress and quality of technical work carried out on projects. Assist the Project Manager with system implementation activities (new and upgraded). Suggest and share ideas to improve company processes with a positive and constructive approach. Ensure clients' needs are addressed promptly, effectively, and cost-efficiently.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not essential). Minimum 2-3 years' experience in IT Technical Support or related roles. Hands-on experience in the following areas: Windows Operating Systems & Microsoft Applications Remote Desktop Applications VMware Applications Backup & Recovery Applications IT Hardware deployment & configuration (servers & workstations) Experience with

PACS systems, EIZO, or Computed Radiography

is an added advantage. Strong technical support knowledge of Microsoft products. Positive "can do" attitude, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to motivate others positively. Willingness to travel outstation (must possess own car).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
