An exciting IT Service Engineer (Healthcare) job opportunity has just become available at one of the leading healthcare environment based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the IT Service Engineer (Healthcare) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible to provide technical support to local clients, collaborate with distributors to ensure good products quality and good condition in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and coordinate to solve all critical technical problems (end-user/distributors)
• Provide direction and leadership to customer service in designated product lines
• Organise and develop service partners to provide solutions and meet customer needs/expectations
• Keep up with product information and market trends
• Comply with service quality standards mandated by the headquarters
• Participate in solutions design and management of whole process of project implementations
• Provide training and technical support for healthcare staff

To succeed in this IT Service Engineer (Healthcare) role, you will be required to be equipped with strong background in technical support for medical and healthcare device.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of work experience in the IT industry
• Understands the secure sharing of patient data among healthcare providers and organisation
• HL7 v2.x protocol understanding is preferred
• Network infrastructure skillset and knowledge is required, preferably within hospital environment
• Good skillset in integration of different medical devices within the IT infrastructure to share data
• Understand medical information system structure: EMR, HIS, LIS, CDR and medical charting system software
