Job Description

• Degree in computer science or information technology or other related (preferable but not essential)
• Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant experience in IT Technical Support or related roles, particularly in the following areas - Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Applications / Usage of remote desktop applications / VMWare applications / Backup or recovery applications / IT Hardware (servers & workstations) deployment & configuration.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply this position.
• Experience with the PACS system, EIZO, and Computed Radiography is highly advantageous.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft products technical support.
• Positive \'can do\' attitude.
• Accountable and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Persuasive and exerts positive influence. Motivates others to act.
• Attention to detail & good problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel outstation.

Responsibilities

• Providing IT technical support on existing installation bases as necessary (remotely & on-site).
• Conducting System Health Checks via specified intervals to ensure optimum performance/reliability of the product.
• Tracking/reviewing sites under post-implementation stages for maintenance contract proposal & billing.
• Track the progress and quality of work performed by design disciplines/trades.
• Assist the Project Manager in system implementation activities (new & upgraded).
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude and develop this attitude in others.
• Ensure clients\' needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
