Job Description
- Degree in computer science or information technology or other related (preferable but not essential)
- Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant experience in IT Technical Support or related roles, particularly in the following areas - Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Applications / Usage of remote desktop applications / VMWare applications / Backup or recovery applications / IT Hardware (servers & workstations) deployment & configuration.
- Experience with the PACS system, EIZO, and Computed Radiography is highly advantageous.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft products technical support.
- Positive \'can do\' attitude.
- Providing IT technical support on existing installation bases as necessary (remotely & on-site).
- Conducting System Health Checks via specified intervals to ensure optimum performance/reliability of the product.
- Tracking/reviewing sites under post-implementation stages for maintenance contract proposal & billing.
- Track the progress and quality of work performed by design disciplines/trades.
- Assist the Project Manager in system implementation activities (new & upgraded).
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude and develop this attitude in others.
- Ensure clients\' needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
