Job Description


:Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IT Service Delivery function, manage the Ops center and service delivery activities, own incident management process.
  • Implement and maintain ITIL best practices and frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives and service excellence.
  • Define and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to measure service delivery performance.
  • Develop and execute service improvement plans to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and align service delivery strategies accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance and service level adherence.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of IT professionals, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
  • Drive IT projects and initiatives related to service delivery enhancements, system upgrades, and technology integrations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance, trends, and improvements to senior management
Qualifications:Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager or similar role with extensive experience in IT Service Management for IT environments.
  • Strong understanding and application of ITIL principles and frameworks
  • Experience managing complex IT projects and initiatives, including resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain innovative IT solutions that deliver high end users satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
