Job Description

• Perform and execute the maintenance and operation of Consumer Billing System that facilitate and enable efficient business processes automation and/or computerization within targeted budgets, schedule and meet quality standard.
• Perform regular maintenance and support activities on respective Billing systems modules to ensure smooth operations and high system availability to support the related business functions and meet SLA
• Support users , operations & production in term of technical advises and problem trouble shooting to ensure effective use of the system to support business operation
• Attend, resolve and close IRIS tickets/billing complaints within the SLA period.
• Perform system trouble shooting by simulating user issues & system health check, recommend and execute the possible and agreed resolution to the problem.
• Execute timely generation of operational reports and timely clearance of exception data Perform data treatment according to company business policy and governance
• Perform performance measurement, monitoring and evaluation of system functionalities on regular basis to improve efficiency and to ensure environments are operationally healthy
• Identify and solve any problem that affects the system\xe2\x80\x99s performance and functionalities Execute tasks given effectively in specified timeframe with enthusiasm and minimum supervision.
• Backup and assist other team members for maintenance and supports activities
• Bachelor of Information Technology / Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.
• Preferably minimum 1 year working experience in IT environment either in IT operation or software development.
• Good understanding on IT life cycle and System Development Life Cycle.
• Knowledge on TELCO Billing process and procedures Competency requirement : Trouble Shooting And Problem Solving, Web Based Application, System Software, Basic Programming Skills (e.g. Java/C++/Crystal/Unix Script) , Programming And Debugging Skill, Fundamental knowledge in IT architecture & Database , MS Office operation (excel spread sheet, Word, Powerpoint, Microsoft Access)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,085.11 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:
