Proficient in computer applications and office automation software.4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.5. Professional design document review ability and negotiation skills.6. Preferred: Registered public equipment engineer (power, electricity, water supply and drainage, HVAC).7. Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is considered an advantage.Responsibilities1. Manage equipment maintenance for warehouse in Malaysia or other countries (if any).2. Oversee technical personnel, equipment system construction, bidding, inspection, and maintenance coordination.3. Establish and implement an effective equipment management system.4. Develop SOPs for various equipment and collaborate on procurement plans.5. Inspect, assess, and manage daily operations of all company equipment.6. Arrange personnel for inspections and supervision.7. Draft repair plans, manage various equipment, and handle failures.8. Conduct equipment installation, debugging, and improvement.9. Ensure normal use of production and auxiliary equipment through maintenance.10. Develop maintenance plans, budget costs, and manage parts inventory.11.
