• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is considered an advantage.
• College diploma or above.
• More than 1 year of work experience in equipment management.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Solid knowledge in mechanical, electrical, automotive, gas, hydraulic, and related fields.
• Proficient in computer applications and office automation software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional design document review ability and negotiation skills.
• Preferred: Registered public equipment engineer (power, electricity, water supply and drainage, HVAC).
• Skills : Computer Hardware, Software Applications, IT Support, Networking, Troubleshooting, Operating Systems

Tanggungjawab

• Manage equipment maintenance for warehouse in Malaysia or other countries (if any).
• Oversee technical personnel, equipment system construction, bidding, inspection, and maintenance coordination.
• Establish and implement an effective equipment management system.
• Develop SOPs for various equipment and collaborate on procurement plans.
• Inspect, assess, and manage daily operations of all company equipment.
• Arrange personnel for inspections and supervision.
• Draft repair plans, manage various equipment, and handle failures.
• Conduct equipment installation, debugging, and improvement.
• Ensure normal use of production and auxiliary equipment through maintenance.
• Develop maintenance plans, budget costs, and manage parts inventory.
• Handle any other tasks assigned by the superior.
