Kelayakan

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum of 5 years experience in software/system development with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of modern development frameworks, web technologies, cloud services, and AI tools.
• Proven ability to manage teams and complex technical projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Experience in Agile development methodology is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Lead and supervise the Developer Team comprising Website Developer, System Developer, Application Developer, and AI Developer.
• Provide strategic direction for all development-related activities and ensure alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, testing, and maintenance.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage priorities, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Project teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards and coding best practices are upheld.
• Identify and implement process improvements and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Mentor and support the continuous development of team members.
• Monitor team performance and set clear goals for technical excellence and productivity.
• Ensure data security, software licensing compliance, and adherence to industry regulations.
