Requirements

• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is considered an advantage.
• College Diploma or above.
• More than 1 year of work experience in equipment management.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Skills : Experience managing servers, networks, and virtualization environments. Hands on experience in implementing and maintaining ICT systems (e.g., storage, networking, and servers)

Responsibilities
1) Infrastructure Management:

• Maintain ICT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot servers, networks, storage issues and implement necessary solutions.
• Ensure ICT plan i.e. planned preventive maintenance are performed as per schedule.

2) Network Administration:

• Maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement necessary solutions.
• Ensure network security and compliance with standards.

3) System Administration:

• Manage and support operating systems (Windows, Linux) and applications.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and backups.
• Ensure disaster recovery plans are tested and functional.

4) Security:

• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
• Address security incidents and ensure data protection, i.e., update security patches as and when required.

5) Collaboration and Support:

• Work with internal ICT and vendors to align IT infrastructure with organizational goals.
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated IT issues.
• Document processes, configurations, and incident reports.

6) Documentation and compliance

• To prepare monthly report submission
• To ensure documents and reports are updated to the latest
