IT Solution Engineer (SAP MM, SD, EDI)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Reporting to: Head of GTS Asia Pacific, Global Position Name : Mgr. IT & Digitalization and Head of BAM Asia Pacific, Global Position Name : Mgr. IT & Digitalization

Goal of Position:

• EDI connection with Customer
• EDI issue handling SAP(EP1) : IDoc error handling and consulting
• EDI connection with Supplier(SupplyOn)
• EDI connection with IC
• Provide the reliable service of Employee IT - File service, MS exchange (Outlook) operation

Job Responsibilities:

• Consulting EDI process for SAP SD, MM, Logistics and Schaeffler IC(MM-Auto) with Business, External Customer and Supplier
• Integrate EDI guideline between Schaffler and External Customer/Suppliers/Logistics
• Implementation and Responsible RfS, Incidents of Idoc Error, RfC and Project for EDI
• request EDI set up to HQ
• EDI test from IT side(checking SAP Sales document, Purchasing document and create SAP documents)
• Monitor data processing in quality system and prodcutive system (check error)

• Mass data is transferring to customer system or Schaffler SAP through EDI (need to fix xslt program as soon as possible if there are any errors)
• Download data for automatic testing from quality and production and compare
• Manage task list via JIRA - update working contents and status
• Analyze mapping specification and review guide line of customer / supplier
• Develop technical mapping with XSL(Extensible Stylesheet Language) in BOM
• Update form definition by tripple(Sender/Message type/Receiver) with customer/supplier specific format
• Compare output of XSLT with that of classic program and communicate with requestor
• Share XSLT to CVS and deploy to AIMQ (Quality system)
• Administration of Employee IT

• File service & MS Exchange (Outlook) operation
• Coordination of requirements with local business activity
• Maintenance including lifecycle of IT infrastructures for local requirements
• Operation of the local infrastructure of the services provided by Corporate IT
• 2nd Level Support of Employee IT

• File service & MS Exchange (Outlook) operation
• Share folder provisioning by business requirements
• Guide & support share folder management to folder owners
• File service availability management - performance, Free space, and so on
• Exchange resource management
• Exchange Distribution List management - Support automatic creation process.
• Troubleshooting of File service, Exchange Online, and Outlook for end users
• Collaboration with Global product owners
• Windows patch management for file cluster servers
• Office 365 patch management

Your Professional Profile Should Include:

• Fluent Korean and English skills (verbal and written), intercultural knowledge, good communication skills
• Knowledge for SAP SD, MM and Logistics
• Knowledge for SAP IC business process
• Consulting capability for EDI
• Knowledge of EDI Configuration and Monitoring Tools in SAP(e.g. Message types Inbound and Outbound, Packaging level simplified, mixed and homogeneous packaging specially)
• Knowledge for EDI formats (EDIFACT, Odette, VDA, SAP Idoc, XML and so on)
• Knowledge for XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformation) with develop XSLT program for EDI formats and message types
• Understanding of Mapping specification and customer guide lines
• Get training on BOM (Business Object Modeler), CVS, JIRA, TSIM (TradeSync Integration Manager)
• Conceptional knowledge of ITSM and IT processes (i.e Demand / Incident / Problem management)
• General IT-Knowledge (Server, Storage, Network, Cloud and IT megatrend)
• Technical skills of Windows server cluster and DFS
• Customer focused mindset
• Experience of similar position of duty
• Coordination and collaboration skills of troubleshooting processes for complex problem with internal, external interface
