IT Specialist
:
- Maintain hardware, software, Wi-Fi, and networks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff regarding computer systems, software and hardware including our branch in Singapore.
- Perform regular security monitoring.
- Assist with the purchase of new hardware equipment for onboarding new staff and replacing faulty hardware equipment for existing staff.
- Setting up new hardware equipment of different kinds.
- Working closely with Global IT on a regular basis, in line with global standards and requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all IT equipment, including physical inventory, license numbers, and related record
- Strong hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Support on application software where needed and agreed.
- Other assigned duties as required.
- Minimum 5-10 years working experience in IT, System Administrator or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum have basic understanding of Network and WiFi.
- Basic knowledge of IOS devices.
- Microsoft OS - Server and Client.
- Microsoft Intune and Azure knowhow.
- Microsoft Hyper-V/VMware.
- Microsoft M365 Suite
- Advantage if knowledge of SCADA and MES
- Service minded.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with users, vendors, and colleagues
