Ability to speak and write in Mandarin fluently.
Preferred Diploma/Degree
Required strong knowledge on Hardware and Network diagnosis and solution
Self discipline, taking initiative to identify issues and provide solutions.
Effective communication and strong follow up skills
Able to work on Monday to Friday (8.15am to 5.15pm), Saturday (8.15am to 1pm)

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and server network-related issues.
Providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Document support activities and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions.
Continuously improve IT support processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT knowledge resources and documentation.
Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software as needed.
Monitor and maintain the company's internal systems
Coordinate with vendors or developers for system issues, enhancements, and updates.
Monitor server performance, storage, updates, and security patches.
Support network-related issues
