As IT Specialist - Workplace & Collaboration, you are part of a global team that supports and coordinates IT infrastructure related activities.

In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

• Supporting workplace and collaboration (WP&C) projects and activities globally
• Managing and coordinating rollout- and implementation activities for WP&C projects (with focus on APAC region)
• Acting as Tires IT main point of contact/ representative in relation to different centrally provided services
• Being the IT technical consultant and main contact person for local IT teams for WP&C topics
• Defining and maintaining internal audit and compliance templates, processes and reports collaborating with various stakeholders
• Regularly reviewing audit improvement measures and reporting for APAC locations, ensuring cybersecurity and compliance
• Developing and maintaining reports (i. e. PowerBI) for Tires IT, especially for WP&C

Qualifications

• Academic degree in computer science, another technical field or an equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of work experience in IT
• Strong technical background in the following areas:

• Client Computing Hardware & Operating Systems
• Enterprise administration tools (e.g. Active Directory, Intune, Ivanti, or SCCM)
• Collaboration Technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365)
• Basic knowledge in Power BI reporting and IT Service Management
• Basic scripting knowledge (Powershell, Python, JSON, Visual Basic)
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel beneficial
• Project management skills, either as an IT lead or a project member
