Job Description
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is Mandatory.
- Extensive work experience in network management and maintenance, ability to independently configure and launch network equipment.
- Familiarity with network equipment and technologies, such as switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, etc.
- Familiarity with Linux system.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain company network (including LAN and WAN), linux-related systems, and CCTV system on the HUB site.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain network equipment, monitor network performance and traffic.
- Complete helpdesk desktop operation and maintenance.
- Assign tasks, set goals, provide training, and monitor team work progress.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and provide technical support and solutions.
Working Hours: 9 hours / Day (including 1.5 hours rest) on rotational working arrangement
Working Location: Klang, Selangor
