Key objectives

• Enables the bank to manage costs and improve service.
• Reduce risks to guarantee that the bank receives the maximum benefit from its third-party en-gagements over the course of the contract.

Key responsibilities:

• In charge of working with Service Domain Leads and various stakeholders to manage a portfolio of the Bank's Enterprise Technology contracts and suppliers.
• Ensure that the Group Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policy and Standards are fol-lowed for all T&I third party engagements, and provide regular reporting to senior manage-ment and important stakeholders.
• Work together with Global Category Managers and Legal to negotiate the current contracts, their volume-dependent price elements, and associated commercial matters in accordance with the contracts' change procedures and clauses.
• To ensure compliance with all laws and regulations as advised by Country Compliance & Group Compliance, work closely with the Country Technology Manager, Group Compliance & Country Compliance, and Risk & Controls, as and where necessary.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. It would be ideal if they had experience with other IT tools and platforms, like SAP Ariba, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Stakeholder management expertise at the CxO level with suppliers both internally and exter-nally in a challenging business environment.
• A basic understanding of the IT environment, new technologies, IT standards, rules, and the project management framework.
• Being able to do analyses, prepare reports, and make plans with others with a strategic ap-proach, handle opportunities, problems, and synergies for the many business lines as an En-terprise.
