- Provide proactive IT support and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and online platforms.
- Set up and maintain CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including system upgrades and backups.
- Document processes, provide user training, and create technical guides for internal teams.
- Collaborate with management to implement IT strategies and improvements.
- Ensure data security, monitor system performance, and resolve any disruptions swiftly.
