IT Support and System Engineer

The IT Support and System Engineer plays a dual role in maintaining office IT infrastructure and supporting project-related system activities. The position requires a hands-on, technically skilled professional capable of ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across both internal and project environments.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Support

Provide daily technical and user support for office IT systems. Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement upgrades. Manage and maintain IT assets, software, and network equipment. Lead system implementation, upgrade, and cybersecurity initiatives. Maintain IT documentation and support audits and compliance checks.

Project IT System Support

Support installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of project systems. Monitor and verify system performance and integration across subsystems. Assist in system verification and commissioning to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or integration. Strong troubleshooting and technical skills. Able to work independently in office and project environments. Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
