Job Description

Requirements:
1. Knowledge of IT and experience on atleast 4 years pertaining to job scopes.
2. Good communication skills in English & Malay in order to support the end users.
3. 6 months support and should able to join immediate for latest by 11th December
Scope of Work:
\xc2\xb7 New laptop and PC imaging support by ensuring all computers are compliance with security features.
\xc2\xb7 Network segmentation for OT machines.
\xc2\xb7 Manage existing computers and make sure there\'s no missing security
features and upgrade to the latest operating system.
\xc2\xb7 Manage all vulnerabilities for all IT and OT devices such computers, printer, scanners and etc.
\xc2\xb7 Mange & troubleshooting patching activities.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with vendor for troubleshooting or anything to resolve in term of vulnerabilities.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all the inventory control and management for hardware and software in the asset management system.
\xc2\xb7 Provide daily statistic & analysis report for the tracking.
\xc2\xb7 Works under minimum Supervision. Seeks approval from others on matters outside of job/role scope.
Receives instruction on specific assignment objectives and possible solutions.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain system documentations, examining records and reports, operating practices.
