Job Description

Responsibilities:

• \xc2\xb7 Provide maintenance of IT hardware and software across multiple offices.
• \xc2\xb7 Install and configure software and drivers.
• \xc2\xb7 Perform regular maintenance of server, network and IT infrastructure.
• \xc2\xb7 Perform regular upgrades to ensure system remain updated.
• \xc2\xb7 Organize and maintain hardware.
• \xc2\xb7 Manage and setup network.
• \xc2\xb7 Maintain email accounts and migration.
• \xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot system failures and provide solutions to restore functionality.

Requirements:

• \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
• \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 3 years of experience working in IT.
• \xc2\xb7 Strong experience in network administration (VPN, Firewall, NAS, etc).
• \xc2\xb7 Familiar with Microsoft Windows administration.
• \xc2\xb7 Strong experience with IT Support.
• \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting skills.
• \xc2\xb7 Exposure to cloud-based systems (Azure/AWS) is an advantage
• \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with positive mindset.
• \xc2\xb7 Perform any task and assignment given by superior from time to time.
• \xc2\xb7 On-work training will be provided for less experienced candidate.
• \xc2\xb7 Bilingual in English and Chinese/Cantonese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
• \xc2\xb7 Immediate available is preferred

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
