Job Description


  • Good service awareness, able to do a good job in user satisfaction management, and improve user IT service experience and user satisfaction
  • ITIL or CCNA or MCSE, or any cloud certification preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support services for users, include Office, laptop, printer, Wi-Fi, etc
  • Perform IT assets management according relate policy and guidelines
  • Corporate with senior system and network team for deep support case troubleshooting
  • Involve IT projects implement onsite.
  • Executive IT system or network management works according to candidate\'s skillset
