Responsible for managing, diagnosing, and resolving level 1 and 2 Requests and Incidents within SLA timeframes.
Create System documentation and support Documentation where needed.
Support disaster recovery/business continuity operations in live and test scenarios.
Participates in evaluating and recommending solutions relating to hardware and software implementations and/or network updates.
Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
