Who are we hiring?

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our expanding IT solutions team! If you\xe2\x80\x99re a hands-on subject matter expert, we\xe2\x80\x99d love to hear from you.

What will you be responsible for?

• Support managing Azure Active Directory
• Support managing The Instant Group Network.
• Support The Instant Group Wireless networks
• Deep knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
• Support and managing Single sign on (SSO) and Multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Support IT requirements of Stakeholders in the business.
• Manage Microsoft AD/O365 and all 3rd party infrastructure partners.
• Support ongoing management of overall infrastructure.
• Provide an expert and autonomous service to manage external vendors, driving delivery of unique local solutions.
• Take ownership to log, process and resolve issues through the helpdesk and issue tracking systems, working with other internal team members or third-party support to resolve root cause of escalated operational problems in a timely fashion.
• Able to function as a single point of contact for all IT Support needs.
• Responsible for the overall management of The Instant Group\xe2\x80\x99s infrastructure assets. This includes the responsibility for the technical architecture of the infrastructure capability (in-house and managed service), design and architecture of the networks and hosting.
• Responsible for infrastructure availability and transparency for end-to-end business processes
• Deep knowledge of standards and practices for IT project lifecycle management activities and deliverables.
• Proven experience in taking ownership of infrastructure
• Maintain an up-to-date infrastructure catalogue, service catalogue across the enterprise

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years working in an IT support role, with experience providing 2nd and 3rd line support
• Experience in development and delivery of infrastructure across cloud, network delivery, security
• Prior experience working in a shared infrastructure organisation
• Advanced Azure knowledge

• Excellent knowledge of cloud infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac Devices.
• Highly interested in innovation and disruptive technology, a self-starter.
• Exposure to Service Orientated Architectures in a hybrid On-Premises / Cloud environment is a plus.
• Exposure to defining infrastructure technology roadmap
• Understanding of IP networks and traffic, firewalls, routing etc.
