? What You'll Be Doing:
? Support banking applications on Windows & Unix platforms
? Troubleshoot and manage middleware (Tomcat, JBOSS, WebLogic, IIS)
? Perform basic database troubleshooting (Oracle, SQL Server, MariaDB)
? Assist with automation using shell scripting & tools
? Handle SSL certificate deployment, renewal & configuration
? Work closely with App, Infra & DB teams to ensure 24/7 system stability
? Perform incident response, system monitoring & preventive maintenance
? What We're Looking For:
? 3+ years in environment/application support
? Hands-on with Windows & Unix/Linux OS
? Familiar with middleware tech (Tomcat, JBOSS, WebLogic, IIS)
? Exposure to databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MariaDB
? Basic shell scripting skills
? Understanding of SSL certificate lifecycle
? Sharp problem-solving & troubleshooting mindset
