Key Responsibilities:Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide

1st and 2nd level IT support

to clients, resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to

Windows/Mac OS, servers, printers, email systems, and applications

. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level engineers when necessary.

System & Network Administration

Assist in the configuration, setup, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment. Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure uptime, security, and performance. Support installation and maintenance of security tools (firewalls, antivirus, backup solutions).

Client Support & Service Delivery

Respond to client support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system within agreed SLA. Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients across Penang. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and strong working relationships.

IT Operations & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and IT assets. Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and patching activities. Support project implementations, IT rollouts, and deployments as required. Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field

. 1-3 years' experience in IT support / helpdesk / system support (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered). Strong knowledge of: Windows & Mac operating systems Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi) Basic server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory) Relevant certifications (e.g.,

CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA

) will be an added advantage. Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
