Job Description


This is a full-time position based at the designated client site. The role requires providing high-quality, onsite technical support and troubleshooting services across various activities, ensuring resolution within the required SLA time frame.

  • Hardware Support: Perform technical diagnosis and coordinate with OEM vendors to repair defective hardware across a range of devices, including desktops, laptops, workstations, mobile devices, tablets, meeting room equipment, printers, etc.
  • Software Support: Diagnose and resolve software issues related to both operating systems and standard desktop applications.
  • IMACD (Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes, De-installs): Handle physical installations, moves, additions, changes, and de-installs for a variety of supported hardware (desktops, laptops, workstations, mobile devices, tablets, meeting room equipment, printers) and supported software.
  • VIP User Support: Provide enhanced support for VIP users, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Infrastructure Coordination: Work with infrastructure teams to resolve issues with networks, servers, or other infrastructure devices/services that affect end-user productivity.
  • Hardware/Software Changes: Support hardware and software updates, such as device refreshes, system upgrades, patch updates, etc., for end users.
  • Asset Management: Support asset management processes for end-user devices, ensuring compliance with defined processes.
  • Smart Hand Support: Provide on-site assistance for all types of hardware, including printers, servers, network devices, backup devices, meeting room equipment, and scientific devices.
  • Event Support: Provide on-site support for special events, such as trade shows or important meetings.
  • Regular Device Checks: Perform routine checks of IT Room devices and meeting room equipment as needed.
  • Deployment Services: Assist with large-scale projects involving asset auditing and discovery, image integration, on-site installation, user self-installation, migration, and asset recovery, with full project status reporting.

  • 3 to 5 years of deskside support experience (MNC support experience and VIP support experience preferred)
  • Experience with ServiceNow is preferred
  • Strong technical skills in deskside support and basic infrastructure knowledge
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Polite, patient, and helpful demeanor
  • Strong service-oriented mindset
  • Good adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work overtime as required
