IT Support Engineer (Shah Alam) Role Description We are seeking a full-time IT Support Engineer to join our team in Shah Alam. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software issues. The IT Support Engineer will also respond to user inquiries, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, and assist with system upgrades and migrations. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field. With 1-3 years of experience in IT support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products, hardware and software troubleshooting, and IT Security. Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking concepts such as TCP/IP and DNS. Experience with end-user support, including remote support tools and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Expected Salary Range: RM2,000 - RM3,500
