to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and support digital marketing needs. The role requires responsibility, independence, and strong troubleshooting skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform
regular backup
for all company workstations
Monitor and track
active PCs
for endpoint security subscription.
Troubleshoot and resolve
PC hardware/software issues
including slow performance.
Install and configure
Microsoft Office, printers, and scanners
.
Install and manage
Autodesk programs
, including license management.
Upload and maintain
backup files to cloud storage
.
Manage
Microsoft Outlook
accounts - recreating folders when full and setting up email for individual users.
Ensure users are restricted to use only
approved company external devices
.
Manage
company account programs
and registry under corporate control.
Procure and set up
new PCs
according to user work requirements.
Troubleshoot
internet connectivity issues
(Unifi breakdowns, modem/switch issues).
Manage and maintain all
network devices and adapters
.
Keep records of all
software licenses
and renewals.
Maintain and update the company
website using WordPress
(content, plugins, security updates).
Create, edit, and enhance
marketing materials, catalogues, pamphlets, and visuals
using
Adobe Photoshop
(and other design tools as needed).
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support or system administration experience.
Trustworthy and strong work ethic - must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all Company information.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows OS, and networking.
Experience with
Autodesk software installation and license management
is an added advantage.
Very familiar with Google G-Suite and Microsoft 365
Knowledge in
WordPress website management
(content updates, plugin management, troubleshooting).
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop
for creative editing of marketing materials.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on approach.
