Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for software-related inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues; training will be provided
Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and patient manner
Record and document support cases accurately, escalating unresolved issues when necessary
Requirements
Eager to learn and adapt to new software and technologies
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an advantage
Positive attitude with a problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
Degree holders and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Salary Range: RM 2,000 - 2,500
Location: Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru
Working Days: Mon - Fri, 8.30AM - 6.00PM
