Offer first-level IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, SQL queries, and commonly used applications.
Handle basic network device configurations and network-related issues.
Work with teams to ensure adherence to IT policies, including security.
Use tools like CMD, PowerShell, and scripting for troubleshooting.
Assist in remote IT system management and provide effective end-user training.
Maintain up-to-date IT knowledge and foster relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Database and SQL.
Intern period:
3 months and above.
Be able to start immediately.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and PC hardware support.
Basic understanding of networking, including device configurations and issue resolution.
Knowledge of Database technology including SQL query is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (oral or written); knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
Disciplined ,proactive and eager to build a long-term career in IT.
Sociable, team-oriented, and resilient/ with a willingness to interact with people and solve problem.
Must demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Qualifications :
Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow or Jira or Servedeck.
Knowledge of could-based technologies like Office 360 or AWS.
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
Basic Knowledge of ITIL framework and practices
