Job Description

Provide technician support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications. Ensure smooth operation of IT equipment (PCs. printers, internet, etc.). Assist with system updates, backups, and data security. Liaise with vendors or service providers when needed. Support team members with day-to-day IT-related requests.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
