Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARYTo ensure IT operation Airport runs smoothly & efficiently and to work closely with other IT Division units during daily operation and maintenance.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for all airport systems' software and hardware performance during his/her shift working period.
- Involve in corrective and preventive maintenance for all airport systems and IT equipment in Airport terminal. including BHS, FIDS, AGL, CCTV, ACAM, SCADA, Network Infra & etc.
- To ensure all IT related incidents recover within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Perform 1st level troubleshooting at site and deal with IT System Administrator & Operation team for any major problem occured.
- Participate in IT problem solving and provide an initial report to team leader.
- To guide and assist users regarding any IT problems.
- Accountable for IT operation & maintenance work in Airport terminal.
- Manage customers expectations on IT first level support at Airport terminal.
- Maintain Airport terminal. IT systems availability and to ensure all incidents recover within SLA.
- IT Operation and Maintenance experience.
- Diploma with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
- CGPA
- Diploma preferably with specialization in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
