Maintain and responsible for IT Network, Servers, Backups, Disaster Recovery and any infrastructure related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
Maintain office software and conference multimedia, CCTV, operation status monitoring, user account management, user authority management, process configuration, operation process problem solving, etc.
Liaise with Vendor/Supplier for the related software/hardware issues.
Propose and source for new technique/solution for overall to improve IT support.
Manage IT assets and software licensing in order to keep track of hardware inventory and ensure compliance with legal software requirements.
Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes. Take proactive measures and corrective actions for system backup, database backup and file backup.
Conduct related user-training programs in order to enhance users' knowledge of applications to support their daily works.
To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time in order to facilitate project and task completion.
Prepare resources (PC, software, email account) for new join staff and brief PC training for them.
Microsoft Exchange, Windows Servers and Anti-Virus Administration- close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak response processes.
Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by superior.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Possess any relevant IT professional certification.
At least 3 years and above working experience with Cloud Environment, Windows Servers, Hyper-V, active directory administration, operations and implementation.
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking protocol.
Knowledge in Virtualization, FortiGate firewalls and HP/Dell switches.
Pro-active, enthusiastic, customer and result focused.
Possess good analytical thinking and technical skills with ability to perform Windows environment troubleshooting and support.
Possess excellent communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal, time management and negotiating skills.
Able to communicate and work as a team with all relevant parties to provide suggestions and solutions.
