Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support, AV setup, or system maintenance.
• Good knowledge of network configuration, display technologies, and AV connectivity standards.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and travel to client sites when required.
• Familiarity with interactive panels, projectors, and networking tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
Installation & Setup

• Install and configure interactive flat panels (IFPs), projectors, screens, mounts, and cabling (HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort, etc.).
• Calibrate and align projectors; configure display settings for optimal performance.
• Set up wireless projection/sharing features and network connectivity for IFPs and AV systems.
• Update firmware and software to maintain compatibility and performance.

Maintenance & Support

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning, hardware checks, and software updates.
• Monitor system health and perform troubleshooting for issues such as display errors, connectivity failures, and touch/audio malfunctions.
• Respond to user or client support requests and provide remote assistance when possible.
• Escalate complex issues to vendors or higher-level support as needed.

Training & Documentation

• Prepare user guides and quick reference materials for system operation.
• Conduct training sessions or demos for clients and internal users on IFPs and projectors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, firmware versions, and service records.

Coordination & Project Work

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure site readiness and proper installation conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for warranties and replacement parts.
• Support system upgrades and new equipment installations.

Quality & Improvement

• Collect user feedback to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest AV and IT technologies and best practices.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards.
