Handle service qualification tasks, including Traffic QoS monitoring, manual phone testing, and route adjustments.
Perform fault analysis and troubleshooting through the support portal
Update customers and communicate clearly according to SOPs.
Work with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, Telecommunications or related field.
Able to work rotating shifts (24/7 operations).
Basic knowledge of VoIP, networking, and data networks.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
