Provide on-site IT support to ensure smooth daily store operations. Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting POS systems, back-office applications, and IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for POS, printers, scanners, and network issues.
Perform daily system checks and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with HQ IT team or vendors for unresolved issues.
Maintain store IT equipment and ensure minimal downtime.
Keep records of incidents, repairs, and IT assets.
Assist store users with basic system operations and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1-2 years' experience in IT support (retail experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of POS systems, networking, and Windows OS.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in Great Eastern Mall, Jalan Ampang, including weekends and public holidays.
Fresh graduate are welcome!
