Provide support for all ITS essential infrastructure for new office (Leased Line, Wi-Fi, Printer, Network equipment, Cabling, Server Room, Workstations, etc.) Experience in documentation tools like Playbook, Runbook, Macbook etc. Monitor and improve the performance & competitiveness of the regional ITS Service Desk. Ensure processes around user and asset inventories are followed on a daily basis. Implement, deploy and operate global processes and tools. Ensure efficient management of onsite requests, incidents and problems generated from the Service Desk/Process tools, including escalations. Coordinate with team members, stakeholders as per requirement. Good written & Verbal communication skills.
