About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for SAP application assistance across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services, supporting both local and remote users.

What You Will Do

Provide first- and second-line support for Finance (related) software applications Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via ticketing system Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles Participate in IT audits, compliance checks, and system upgrades Participate in change requests and projects

What You Will Need

0 - 10+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (junior - medior - senior) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Fluent in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus

Treasury and Banking - SAP ECC (Banks) Asset Management and Investment Management - SAP ECC (AA & IM) Product Costing - SAP ECC (CO-PC) Consolidation (Group Reporting) - SAP S/4 (GR) Claim & Expense management (Concur) - SAP Concur Central Finance (replication ECC to S/4) - SAP S/4 (CFIN) Financial Planning - SAP SAC Finance general (e.g. month end closing) - SAP ECC (FI, CO)

Application Question(s):

Do you have experience providing IT support for SAP Finance applications (e.g., FI, CO, AA, IM, CO-PC, CFIN, SAC, or Concur)? Have you worked in an IT support or helpdesk role (first- or second-line support) where you resolved incidents through a ticketing system? Are you familiar with financial processes such as Treasury, Asset Management, Product Costing, Consolidation, or Month-End Closing in SAP? Have you collaborated with global IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues? Are you fluent in English (both written and spoken)? (Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not mandatory)
Work Location: In person
