Position: IT Support

Location: Shah Alam

Tenure: 2 years contract (Renewable basis)

Working Hours/Days: Fixed Night Shift (9 pm - 6 am), 5 days a week

Salary: RM 3500 - RM 4800 (Negotiable) + RM 900 Fixed Allowance (Shift + Training)

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) / Oracle/ PostgreSQL Create, modify, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support application functionality. Optimize database performance by fine-tuning queries, indexing, and resource utilization to ensure optimal response times. Analyses and troubleshoot slow-running queries, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance enhancements. Implement and enforce data security measures, including user authentication, authorization, and encryption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve database-related issues promptly and effectively. Create interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in database development, optimization, and IT system integration. Qualifications

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, etc.). Proficient in SQL, Oracle, SSL, Web Certificates, Proxy Servers, Windows Servers, and LDAP. Excellent communication in English Experience in server or network administration. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Familiarity with ArcGIS is a plus.
