• Providing IT service and technical support to business users via tickets and phone calls
• Dispatching
• Communication with business users
• Cross-organizational collaboration and communication within the support organization
• Basic Technical responsibility for one or more technical domains

Solution documentation

• 1st level support for Microsoft application and Services
• Handling both Incidents and Request from all users
• Trigger functional escalations.
• Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration within the support organization
• Providing remote support assistance
• Administrative support
• Ensuring timely service delivery and solution to our users
• Fluent in Mandarin and English both in written and spoken
