Working Arrangement:

5 days a week, onsite (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours (MY time):

8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the role

The Team Lead - End User Computing (EUC) will oversee and manage the daily operations of the EUC team, ensuring efficient support, maintenance, and administration of end-user devices and vendor-managed equipment. The role also involves reporting, performance tracking, and mentoring junior engineers to uphold service standards.

Key responsibilities

Lead and coach the EUC team to ensure timely issue resolution and SLA compliance. Provide advanced troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. Manage hardware fixes, patching, and software updates in line with Standard Operating Environment (SOE). Track incidents, recurring issues, and performance through reports and dashboards. Coordinate with vendors and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Act as the escalation point for complex issues and provide standby/on-call support when required.

Qualifications

Strong background in EUC support and maintenance. Proven leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards). Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and patch management. Knowledge of SOE and IT asset management. Good communication and customer service skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
